We determine a possible birthplace of the extreme runaway star HIP60350, using recently determined spatial velocity components of this star and a gravitation potential model of the Milky Way Galaxy. The birth place lies close to the open star cluster NGC 3603. Here we demonstrate an animation of the orbit of the runaway star.
Runaway star HIP60350 leaving Galactic halo 35 Myr after ejection from from star cluster. Yellow sphere shows the orbit of the Sun, small lilac spheres are starclusters -- possible birthplaces of the star. After about 80 Myrs the star becomes red giant, then white dwarf and disappears from the observer. (animation (mpg,5Mb) or animation (3Mb) or (animation (700 kb))) .
