We present results of spectroscopy of 10 early stars in M33, which were isolated previously as candidates for LBV type hypergiants. Three known variable stars show LBV like spectra, one of them - V532 is a certain LBV object. It shows a very strong wind variability in spectroscopy interval 1992 - 1999, changing from "passive wind state" to very srong, and even to LBV/WN spectrum. Spectra of other 4 LBV candidates and 3 new WN stars are discussed. An important case we observe in B416 hypergiant, who is probable binary with 8 days photometrical period, it shows a typical LBV spectrum.
